An advocacy platform, Sanity Senta has urged the public not to put themselves under unnecessary pressure to achieve perfection.
Sanity Senta, in an Instagram post, encouraged all who are fighting to be perfect to “embrace your imperfection and give yourself grace.”
“Be yourself and don’t live a life to impress others for you will end up chasing the wind,” it added.
Sanity Senta is a safe haven and an advocacy platform that educates and assists people on the potency of mental health and the importance of well-being.
This advise is meant to assist everyone in maintaining mental stability because mental health is crucial.
