Ghanaian actress and socialite, Andrea Owusu popularly known as Efia Odo has joined celebrities who are sending congratulatory messages to reggae and dancehall artiste Stonebwoy.
Stonebwoy was among hundreds of students who graduated on July 26 with a degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Efia Odo few weeks ago stirred controversy for her comments tagging Stonebwoy an old man while throwing her support behind the latter’s contender in the Telecel Ghana Music Awards 2024.
In a competition where Stonebwoy and budding artiste King Promise were touted as favorites for the ultimate crown, Artiste of The Year, Efia Odo’s comment among other things appeared opposing and had since branded her a rival to the BHIM Nation president.
However, speaking to Dr. Shine on “Usaywetin” an entertainment and lifestyle news segment on Hitz FM’s drive time show, Cruise Control, she expressed warmth admiration and appreciation for Stonebwoy’s artistry.
“Congratulations to him, I’m so proud of him. Obviously he’s an amazing artiste in and out and I pray that he reaches higher height in everything that he does,” she told host Mercury Quaye.
Efia odo is out with a new hip-hop jam titled “Put em on” which features rapper Lyrical Joe.
This song has been linked with her beef with Sista Afia but Odo claims she had planned releasing the song before their social media clash.
