Defending champions of the MTN FA Cup, Hearts of Oak will welcome Elmina Sharks to the Accra Sports Stadium in the next round of the competition in an all-Premier League clash.
Sharks beat Achicken FC in the previous round to advance in the tournament while Hearts saw off the challenge from Division One League side Golden Kicks.
With a massive 14 points behind Asante Kotoko after 18 games played in the Ghana Premier League and the FA Cup looks to be the only realistic means of winning a title in this campaign.
In other fixtures in the Southern zone, Dreams have a date with Legon Cities while Skyy FC will also come up against Hearts of Lions.
Premier League side, Bechem United have been paired with Kumawuman United, with Aduana Stars also taking on Berekum Chelsea.
The fixtures will be played on the weekend of Friday 25 – Sunday 27, March 2022.
