Joseph Mireku scored a first half goal for the Royals as they headed into the break. However, Barimah Baah equalised for the home side to tie the game.
Medeama picked up their first win of the season as they came from a goal down to beat Bechem United away from home.
Jonathan Sowah was among the goals for the Tarkwa-based side who still have a game in hand to play.
