Former President and Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, is set to host a Governance Forum on Thursday, October 31, starting at 6:00 PM.
This event will be held on the #MahamaConversations platform and will focus on the theme “Resetting Ghana for Good Governance and Accountability.”
Mahama has expressed his belief that Ghana's governance is currently at a critical juncture, with injustices deeply rooted in society and an economy that is causing significant hardships for many citizens.
He aims to address these pressing issues during the forum and outline his vision for a better future for the nation.
During the forum, the NDC leader plans to present his initiatives designed to enhance accountability within the government.
A key aspect of his proposal includes the establishment of a Governance Advisory Council, which he believes will play a vital role in improving political governance, combating corruption, and upholding human rights.
The Governance Forum will be accessible to a wide audience, as it will be broadcast live on television, radio, and various online platforms, including all of John Mahama's social media channels.
This approach is intended to encourage public participation and engagement in the important discussions surrounding governance in Ghana.
