Ghanaian players were back in UEFA club competitions resumed in midweek as the Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League all returned.
Mohammed Kudus made the headlines from the Ghanaian perspective with his performance earning a place in the Champions League Team of the Week.

Kudus scored his first Champions League and provided an assist as Ajax beat Rangers on Tuesday. The Black Stars midfielder was also named Man of the Match at the end of the game.
Abdul Fatawu Issahaku was an unused substitute in Sporting Lisbon's 3-0 thumping of Eintracht Frankfurt away from home.
Denis Odoi and Kamal Sowah all featured for Club Brugge, who beat Bayer Leverkusen with a 1-0 score. Calum Hudson-Odoi played 86 minutes during that fixture.
Eddie Nketiah was on target for Arsenal, who recorded a 2-1 win over FC Zurich in the Europa League.
Kamaldeen Sulemana assisted twice in 90 minutes for Stade Rennes as they sealed a 2-1 win in their open game.
Bernard Tekpetey played all minutes available for Ludogrets Razgrad in their win over AS Roma.
Malik Abubakari spent 74 minutes on the pitch s HJK suffered a 0-2 loss to Real Betis.
Emmanuel Lomotey was left on the bench in Malmo's loss to Sporting Braga.
Mudasiru Salifu made his European debut for Sheriff Tiraspol as they run riot against Omonia Nicosia. Patrick Kpozo played 89 minutes of the game.
While Daniel-Kofi Kyereh played 19 minutes in the game between Freiburg and Qarabag, Owusu Kwabena played all minutes and assisted as his side lost 2-1.
Osman Bukari impressed once again in 90 minutes as Red Star Belgrade were beaten by AS Monaco.
Majeed Ashimeru enjoyed 83 minutes of action in Anderlecht's win over Silkeborg in the Conference League.
Kingsley Schindler played as a makeshift right-back for Cologne, who played out a 1-1 draw with OGC Nice.
Emmanuel Yeboah played full throttle in CFR Cluj's 1-1 stalemate with FK Ballkani.
