The national disinfection exercise has made a stop in the Bono Region to spray all the markets there.
The exercise was organised by the Local Government Ministry in partnership with waste management company Zoomlion Ghana Limited.
Like previous disinfection, the exercise is to curb the spread of coronavirus in the country.
Some of the markets sprayed included Sunyani Daily Market, Charcoal Market, Nana Busuma Market, Atonie Market and Fiapre Marke, Techeman Market, Berekum and Market.
Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) and Ghana Ambulance Service also took part in the exercise.
