The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, and the Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, are set to headline the third edition of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Dinner Night scheduled for Monday, December 22, 2025.
The high-profile event will take place at the forecourt of the Ghana International Press Centre (GIPC) in Accra and is expected to attract journalists, media executives, government officials and other key stakeholders in Ghana’s media space.
Speaker Bagbin will attend the event as the Special Guest of Honour, while the Ga Mantse will serve as Special Guest and Patron of the occasion, underscoring the importance of traditional authority and democratic governance in national discourse.
Minister for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, will also attend as a Special Guest. The President of the Ghana Journalists Association, Albert Kwabena Dwumfour, will host the programme.
The dinner night, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., will be held under the dress code Formal/Traditional and will be broadcast live on GBC News, GTV and other major media platforms.
