Asante Kotoko head coach Abdul Karim Zito says the club will approach their fixture against Heart of Lions looking to take the maximum points.
Kotoko currently sit third on the Ghana Premier League table after 20 games, eight points behind league leaders Medeama SC.
The Porcupine Warriors ended a three-game winless run last weekend when they beat Basake Holy Stars at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Speaking on the fixture against Lions, Zito said, “The only thing we have to do is to play and win. We should go with a winning mentality because we don’t have any other chance like the first round.
“After the first round, we were all hoping for the second round. After the second round, you don’t have any hopes again.
“We are working towards that and we are working with a positive mentality in this second round.
“Anything can happen and we are going with the mentality of winning.”
Kotoko’s game against Lions is on Saturday, January 31, at the Kpando Stadium.
