Three people are in critical condition, with seven others injured in an accident at Ofoase Kokoben near Anwiankwanta in the Bekwai Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The accident which involved a vehicle with registration number GN 4096 -20 and a Toyota Hilux pick-up with registration number AS 4247-17, occurred around 6: 30 pm, Monday.

Giving more details, Adom News' correspondent Isaac K. Normanyo who was at the scene said the pick-up truck had tried to join the main road but unfortunately crashed into the Nissan bus.

He said, the vehicle, occupied by two Roman Fathers, was from an event at Anwiankwanta and was joining the main road when it crashed into the other vehicle heading towards Kumasi.

He tells JoyNews, out of the 10 people involved in the accident 9 were transferred to the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.

While three of them are in critical condition, the last victim, a Roman Father is currently on admission at the Abenkyiman Hospital at Anwiankwanta.
