Egypt has recorded its first case of coronavirus, according to the Reuters news agency quoting state television.The health ministry said the person affected was a foreigner.If confirmed this will be the first case of the deadly virus in Africa.More than 1,300 people are now known to have died since the outbreak began in China in January.
