Cabinet met for the 80th time Tuesday since the New Patriotic Party (NPP) took over power under the leadership of Nana Akufo-Addo.

However, the meeting was like none other.

With the president in isolation after members of his inner circle tested for the novel coronavirus, the meeting was held virtually.

“I chaired the 80th Cabinet Meeting of my government from the Presidential Villa in Jubilee House,” President Akufo-Addo wrote on Facebook.

Details of the meeting were not made available.
