Stonebwoy has distanced himself from reports that he has endorsed NDC’s promise to legalise commercial motorbike operations aka 'Okada'.
This comes after a video of the Dancehall artiste riding an okada went viral on social media.
But the 'Mane' hitmaker has taken to Twitter and revealed that the video, making rounds on social media, was taken three years ago.
In the video Stonebwoy who was recording himself on the Okada said he was running late for a show, hence, took the motocycle to make sure he arrived early.
"Sometimes you need to join Okada. Too much traffic in town. Okada is good for the people...running late fo a concert," he had said.
However, he wrote on Twitter that his statements do not mean that he is throwing his weight behind any policy.
“My attention has been drawn to a 3-year-old video of me riding on an OKADA. Which is being Publicised As An Endorsement For A Political Party...I disassociate Myself From this,” he wrote.
