Swansea City star, Andre Ayew has been maintained as the captain of the Black Stars with Thomas Partey and Ofori chosen to assist him.
Ayew was made first choice just before the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in 2019 and led Ghana to the round of 16 stage.
Despite the change in the head coach role since then, Ayew has been kept as main captain of the side.
Atletico Madrid midfielder, Thomas Partey was named first vice captain and Maritzburg shot stopper, Richard Ofori has been named second vice.
Asamoah Gyan, the former captain of the side, has been left out altogether.
The three chosen men will take up their mantles immediately and are expected to lead the Black Stars during the AFCON and 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
