The Executive Secretary of GHB Properties, Madam Elizabeth Aduaba Moore has said her company has plans of reducing Ghana’s housing deficits by putting up 3,000 housing units by 2024.
She noted this while speaking at the 11th edition of Joy News’ Habitat Fair 2020 which took place at Ecobank's head Quarters, Ridge.
“We have plans to reduce the housing deficits by constructing 3,000 units end of calendar year 2024," she said.
Locations earmarked for the construction of the housing units are Accra, Ningo Prampram, Hebron in the Eastern Region, Winneba in the Central Region and Takoradi in the Western Region.
She revealed that "currently we have projects at East Legon Hills, Trassaco Enclave, Airport Residential, East Legon and Prampram”.
According to her, GHB property’s involvement in this year's JoyNews' Habitat Fair is to educate property buyers on safe investment methods.
“We are excited to partner this year's Joy New's Habitat Fair in order to educate property buyers on safe and prudent investment methods that are tax effective and aim at longterm success," she said.
Madam Elizabeth shared knowledge on some challenges prospective homeowners face in the pursuit of acquiring a house or property
“We have a clear understanding of the troubles that buyers encounter when purchasing and managing a home or investments, we encourage our prospective clients to take advantage of our secured relation with our wide array of developers, gain early access to the pre-launch of our projects and access to exclusive buying opportunities pre-negotiated prices,” she added.
