Ten persons are said to have sustained injuries in a road accident at Kwamo near Ejisu in the Ashanti Region.
According to reports, the incident which occurred on Monday night involving a VIP bus and a trailer left 10 persons injured.
The VIP bus which was reported to be transporting its passengers from Goaso to Accra ran into the stationary trailer.
Some were left injured although the fire officers arrived at the scene to rescue some passengers who were trapped in the VIP bus.
An eyewitness said, "several people have been injured, their limbs have been caught off, even my sister has a cut on her lip."
The injured passengers are receiving treatment at the Ejisu Government Hospital, unfortunately, the bus driver is in critical condition and has been transferred to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
