Afrobeat artiste Kelvyn Boy says he no longer has the tattoo he got in honour of his former label Bhim Nation.
In an interview on Okay FM, he explained that the tattoo had served its purpose.
He said, however, that he still has love for the label and his former boss Stonebwoy.
"I have Stonebwoy in heart and that is the first and most important thing," Kelvyn Boy said.
Kelvyn Boy officially parted ways with Bhim Nation and Stonebwoy in September 2019.
In a press statement released by Burniton Music Group on September 24, last year, disclosed that it had parted ways with Kelvyn Boy after an audit.
The label said that it signed a one-year contract with Kelvyn Boy in January 2018 with an option to extend it to four years.
Although the contract expired on January 21, 2019, the label said it continued to work with the Afrobeats artiste under the terms of his old agreement.
The Mea hitmaker added, during the interview, that he is currently more into showing people he cares internally than publicly for all to see.
He stated that people always misinterpret things they see thus he is trying to be more cautious about the things he opens up about.
Kelvyn Boy was on a media tour to promote his new Afrobeat centered album Black Star.
