The Director of Political Affairs at the Office of the Chief of Staff, Frank Asiedu Bekoe, popularly called Protozoa, has donated 40 sewing machines to 40 dressmakers at Suhum in the Eastern Region.
The beneficiaries are members of the Ghana National Tailors and Dressmakers Association who graduated at the annual graduation ceremony held at the Suhum Community Centre.

Protozoa commended the graduates for investing their time in learning a vocation which he said will be beneficial to them for the rest of their lives.
He also used the occasion to highlight some policies of the governing party which is geared towards personal development of the citizenry.
Mr Asiedu Bekoe said the New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration is focused on empowering persons willing to learn a skill and will not spare any resource required to make the journey comfortable.
He added that government will continue to support all artisans since they contribute massively to the development of the country.

Protozoa appealed to the electorate to take up the responsibility of educating members of the public who have decided not to vote on December 7, in order that they change their minds.
He said anyone who plans not to exercise their franchise on December 7, should have a change of mind and think about the future of younger generations who may miss out on good policies such the Free SHS, should the country’s management fall in incompetent hands.
