The Supreme Court this morning resumed hearing of the John Dramani Mahama election petition.
But ahead of the hearing, the petitioner filed two applications asking for a review of the court’s decision on some interrogatories and another permission to supplement his original statement.
Mr. Mahama and his legal team urged the court to accept new reasons why the review of the dismissal of interrogatories to the EC is important.
