The 2020 Presidential Candidate of the NDC, John Mahama has filed an application at the Supreme Court seeking to be granted permission to inspect some documents of the Electoral Commission.
The application, filed by his counsel Tony Lithur, was done yesterday before court hearing.
The action by the petitioner follows an earlier motion filed on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
At today's hearing, the apex court took oral arguments from all counsels on the application filed by the petitioner.
