The Supreme Court today heard a motion filed by the 2020 NDC Presidential Candidate, John Dramani Maham for leave to reopen his case in the ongoing election petition.
The application was based on a recent ruling that the apex court cannot compel the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensa to testify or mount the witness box.
Documents sighted by MyJoyOnline.com indicates that the petitioner will subpoena the EC Chairperson to testify if his application is granted.
