Popular Ghanaian comedians, OB Amponsah and General Ntatia will join a list of contestants for this year’s Joy UCL Quiz that airs from Friday.
Sportswear and equipment dealers, Decathlon, are sponsoring the event which pits fans of various teams against each other. It's a simple task of how good their Champions League knowledge is.
The Joy UCL Quiz, hosted by the Joy Sports team, takes place every year right before the final. Besides OB Amponsah and General Ntetia, popular quiz master, Nana Gyasi Owusu popularly known as NGO, will have the tides turned against him - leaving the box as quiz master, to now being quizzed himself.

The event will be in three different stages, starting from the quarter-finals all down to the final, and will have eight quiz contestants aiming to come out tops.
Last year’s winner, Kow Sackey, will return to the podiums to defend his title. His defence is quite ironical – an Arsenal fan who does so well with a quiz solely based on the Champions League!
Lining up these gentlemen is Abdul Latif, a quite popular chap in Ghana’s football Twitter space. He supports Manchester United, who flopped in the UCL this year - and for awhile.
This year, two ladies join the line-up for the first time in the quiz’s history, and they will aim to put the boys to the sword.

Things will take a big twist this year, with a newly introduced round – ‘The Most Exciting Commentator’, where contestants will be required to do commentary in any language of preference, on any of the most iconic UCL final goals.
The quiz will be aired on Joy News and Joy Prime on Friday, with the best bits of the quiz featuring on Friday’s edition of the Joy Sports Locker room.
