The country's death toll in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic currently stands at 1,083.
In its latest update, the Ghana Health Service (GHS) said 14 additional deaths have been recorded.
According to the GHS, as of September 3, a total of 6,539 active cases have been recorded.
Out of the total cases, 126 individuals are said to be in severe conditions whereas 44 cases are critical.

Recent data provided by the Ghana Health Service shows that 420 new cases have been recorded.
Following these additional cases, the country's confirmed Covid-19 cases stand at 122,157.
So far, the GHS has discharged 114,535 individuals who have recovered from the virus.
Meanwhile, vaccination exercise is being carried out nationwide to assist government to attain herd immunity against the coronavirus disease.
