After two years of absence, the Easter edition of the Luv FM Family Party in the Park saw hundreds of families and friends reunite at the Kumasi Rattray Park.
This year’s edition was fun-packed with activities from live band music to the kids riding on horses, sliding down the trampoline, and jumping on the bouncy castles.

Families have been deprived of spending quality time together during the two years of Covid-19 restrictions.
Following the relaxation of the restrictions, families used the opportunity to make amends to renew those bonds at the all-exciting Easter party.

Children seized the opportunity to partake in face painting, bouncy castles, trampoline and swimming, among other activities.

The serene atmosphere at the Kumasi Rattray Park, complemented by the canopy of trees, was enough motivation for families to wine and dine.

Horse riding became an attraction point as many who opted to display the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem before his crucifixion at the back of the horse did so joyously.

The event also saw some families battle it out at the cooking arena to prepare Jollof.

The winners were presented with souvenirs from the sponsors.

The live band performances saw the old folks being treated to some good highlife tunes while the kids danced and sang their hearts out to their favourite songs like Kelvynbwoy’s 'Down Flat'.
