Muslim communities in the Ashanti region have received items from Bel beverages as part of activities to commemorate the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Packs of bottled water and drinks were presented to the community to assist in the celebration of the 2022 Eid-ul-Fitr.
Sales Manager for Bel beverages in the Ashanti Region, Alex Blackson, said, "Every year we donate to the Muslim community. We always believe in thriving in a peaceful atmosphere and it's our duty to give back to society”.

MTN Ghana also presented 2,000 cedis to the community to assist in the Ramadan celebration.
"We've been doing this for a while but unfortunately Covid-19 was a hindrance today we have brought six bags of rice, three cartons of oil,16 packs of mineral water and 11 packs of soft drinks, a ram, a cash of ¢2,000 and airtime worth ¢500," General Manager for the northern sector, Nii Adotey Mingle said.
Secretary to the Chief Imam Ustaz Ahmed Seidu, lauded the companies for the donation.
He appealed, " to other companies to emulate the gesture".
