The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, was in Parliament to make a statement on government's use of Covid-19 funds, since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country.

His appearance was upon invitation by the House over persistent calls by the Minority for the Minister to account to Ghanaians how funds received have been managed.

In all, about 16 questions were tabled for him to answer in relation to Covid-19 expenditure, among other key concerns.

Already, the Minority in Parliament has served notice it will stop at nothing to exact accountability from government.
