Ghanaian sprinter, Joseph Paul Amoah breezed into the final of the men’s 200m race at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Birmingham on Friday, August 5.
The national 200m record holder qualified to the final with an impressive run of 20.51s finishing second in his semi-final race.
The sprinter will be hoping to grab Ghana’s first medal in the track events after Benjamin Azamati narrowly missed out in the 100m final.
The 200m final is scheduled for Sunday, August 7, at 20:18 GMT.
