Aspiring flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NCD), Dr Kwabena Duffuor, says a strong national buffer stock system holds the key to reducing post-harvest losses.
He intends to establish food buffer stocks in all regions to enhance agriculture production when elected President.
Dr Duffour has been addressing the media in Kumasi ahead of the NDC primaries on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
At the moment, the Kwabena Duffour campaign is in the Manso Nkwanta area and the people there are excited about his visit.
His next location from there will be the Manso Adubea and Odotobri Constituency.
Delegates from different areas have converged and are ready to listen to his message which has always focused on strengthening the grassroots of the NDC to make the party more qualified to win the 2024 general elections.
