He intends to establish food buffer stocks in all regions to enhance agriculture production when elected President.
Dr Duffour has been addressing the media in Kumasi ahead of the NDC primaries on Saturday, May 13, 2023.
At the moment, the Kwabena Duffour campaign is in the Manso Nkwanta area and the people there are excited about his visit.
His next location from there will be the Manso Adubea and Odotobri Constituency.
