Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton has stated that he is only concerned about getting positive results for the national team ahead of Ghana's game against Madagascar.
The gaffer oversaw the second day of the team's training session at the Accra Sports Stadium with 24 players available to him due to the absence of Gideon Mensah who has been confirmed to be carrying an injury.
Hughton will manage what will be his third game as the head coach of the team when Ghana go away to Madagascar in their penultimate game of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Addressing the media, the 64-year-old talked about the need to deliver the needed results in his management of the team.
"For me, the most important thing is getting results. This is the most important thing so I continually have to judge the level of the squad and from my experience and knowledge on the local teams and improve in that and there will be that balance," he said.
"If there is an area where we have a plan I will talk with my assistants to know the best players and the best replacements we have."
Hughton added that the squad is highly-motivated and pumped up for Sunday's encounter as they chase qualification.
"Generally, the morale is very good. The concentration is the football match and that is winning a football match," he noted.
The Black Stars will hold their third training session behind closed doors on Wednesday, June 14 before departing Accra on Thursday.
