The Vetting Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), will today, July 3, start vetting some aspirants.
The committee will begin its work with the former Minister of Trade, Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten, Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and Kwadwo Poku.
Former Energy Minister, Boakye Kyeremanteng Agyarko, former General Secretary Kwabena Agyei Agyepong, and MP for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, will also face the vetting committee on Tuesday, July 4.

On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, Dr Kofi Konadu Apraku, former Agric Minister, Dr Owusu Afriyie and MP for Essikado-Ketan Constituency Joe Ghartey, will take their turn.
Former Mampong MP, Francis Addai-Nimako will be vetted on Thursday to conclude the vetting process.
The committee is chaired by the former Speaker of Parliament, Prof Mike Oquaye.
Other members include Roads Minister, Kwasi Amoako Atta, Stephen Abenkwa Sekyere, Osei Bonsu Amoah, Lord Oblittey Commey, Frank Davies, Rita Talata, Hackman Owusu-Agyeman, and Adelaide Ahwireng.
