A delegation representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was honoured to participate in the prestigious Labour Party’s annual conference held in Liverpool, UK, from October 8 to October 11, 2023.
The NDC said its enduring association with this conference is a testament to the close ties they share with the Labour Party.

The NDC said they consider themselves sister organisations dedicated to the advancement of sound political practices.
The members of the delegation this year were distinguished leaders in the party, including Benedicta Lasi, who is the Secretary General of Socialist International; Joseph Yamin, National Organizer; George Opare Addo, National Youth Organizer; and Mustapha Gbande, Deputy National General Secretary, who all brought their unique insights and perspectives to the event.

Additionally, “We were honoured to have Hon Alex Segbefia, Director of International Relations, Chief Hamilton Biney, National Coordinator for the ALPHA PROJECT and a former Deputy National Organizer and Kofi Ampomah, a former Deputy Youth Organizer, UK/Ireland also participate in the conference.

“As always, we anticipate that the knowledge and experiences gained from this conference will prove invaluable as we continue our mission to build a resilient, robust, and unwavering political party. It is through such interactions that we reinforce our commitment to progress and collaboration,’ a statement issued by Okai Mintah, Chairman, National Youth Working Committee said.
