Team Ghana defeated USA by a score of 48-33 in the final of the African Basketball Festival.
After the blockbuster between University of Ghana and Accra Technical University, all eyes were on the final between Ghana and USA.
Ghana progressed to the final after beating Togo by a score of 43-32 while USA defeated France 21-17.
The final saw the two countries showcase their talents and skills with the aim of claiming the ultimate prize (trophy). After four rounds of exhilarating basketball, host, Ghana came out top as they defeated their American opponents by a score of 48-33.
Krymi, Kobi Rana and a host of exciting young talents in the country graced the occasion with some musical performance. Emerging rappers also had the chance to showcase their craft via a lyrical battle.

Some of the best fashion designers in the country also had the opportunity to put on show their inventive works.

There was also a slum dunk showdown where fans were treated to stunning slum dunks and three-point shootouts by some of the proficient athletes in the game.


The African Basketball Festival is a lifestyle concept that merges the world of sports, music and fashion into one single spectacular event.
The fourth edition will take place next year 2024.
