The Grand Lodge of Ghana has made a significant contribution of GH¢300,000 to support the 'Heal Komfo Anokye' Project initiated by Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
The donation was announced during a banquet held at the Jubilee Hall at the Manhyia Palace, following an Especial Communication held in honour of the Asantehene.

The banquet, attended by dignitaries from various grand lodges, witnessed a display of camaraderie and philanthropy as Freemasons from Nigeria, Canada, Togo, Benin, Ivory Coast, and Liberia gathered to celebrate and contribute to a noble cause.

Notable among the attendees were Most Worshipful Brother Anthony W. Deline II, Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Liberia; High Chief Osiobe Eric Okotie, Grand Master designate of the Grand Lodge in Nigeria; Brother Nana Kwaku Boateng III, Omanhene of New Juaben and Osabarima Kwesi Atta II, Omanhene of Oguaa Traditional area.

These esteemed guests, along with others, presented gifts to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, showcasing the unity and generosity within the Freemasonry community.
The banquet featured several ceremonial toasts, including tributes to the Ghana President, the Craft, the Grand Lodge of Ghana, and the Most Worshipful Grand Master.

The proceedings were marked by speeches and replies, underscoring the fellowship and respect shared among Freemasons and their honoured guests.

Mrs. Margaret Sekyere responded to the toast honouring "Our Ladies," expressing gratitude on behalf of the female attendees.

The toast to the visitors was acknowledged by the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Liberia, highlighting the international bonds and collaborative spirit fostered by Freemasonry.
