The 2024 flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, is set to embark on a two-day campaign tour of the North East Region, beginning today, Wednesday, October 2.
He will engage with constituents and reinforce his party's message ahead of the upcoming elections.
During the tour, Mr Mahama is expected to hold a series of rallies and meetings with community leaders, party supporters, and other stakeholders in the region.

The campaign is part of his broader strategy to mobilise support and outline his vision for the nation, focusing on key issues such as education, healthcare, and economic development.
The Northeast Region, which is known for its rich cultural heritage and agriculture potential, has been a focal point for Mahama's campaign efforts.
He hopes to connect with the electorate on a personal level, addressing their concerns and showcasing the NDC's commitment to improving the lives of Ghanaians in the area.
