At the final rally of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Thursday, December 5, 2024, the party's running mate, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as NAPO, called on Ghanaians to vote for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia in the upcoming general elections to secure the country's future.
In his address, NAPO emphasized that Dr Bawumia’s leadership was crucial for the continued progress and prosperity of Ghana.
He praised the NPP flagbearer’s achievements, particularly in the areas of economic development, digitalisation, and education, stressing that Bawumia's track record made him the best candidate to lead the country forward.
He urged Ghanaians not to be swayed by false promises, emphasizing that only a vote for Bawumia would ensure the sustained growth and stability of the nation.
According to NAPO, the NPP’s policies and vision for Ghana had already demonstrated their effectiveness, and Dr Bawumia was the key to building on these successes.
NAPO called on party supporters to remain vigilant and committed to ensuring a resounding victory at the polls.
He reassured them that under Bawumia’s leadership, Ghana’s future would be safeguarded and its people’s aspirations fulfilled.
Bawumia is the only one prepared for the future, vote for him. The Heavens must answer. December 7 is the future of Ghana, it’s your future, it’s our future," he urged.
