The Ketu North New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate, Enoch Amegbletor has donated a set of information communication technology equipment to the Tadzewu Basic School.
The equipment included 10 sets of desktop computers, a multifunctional printer, 10 uninterrupted power supply units, and 2 Ceiling fans.
He said the provision of the items was to aid in providing a strong ICT fundamental training for pupils of the constituency to enable fit into the digital space.
He further indicated that it is only the NPP that has masterminded the implementation of social interventions to support the less privileged in society and ensure there is equity in access to basic amenities.
“We want the Tadzewu Basic School to benefit from the Dr Bawumia-led government so we decided to give you this equipment to complement your training. After the elections, I will provide an air conditioner for the ICT lab ”, he stressed.

Mr. Amegbletor entreated the beneficiaries to pass on the information to their relatives and implored them to vote for the NPP on Saturday to enable the Presidential Candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia to continue his digitization agenda for the country.
“When you go home, tell your parents and relatives to vote for Dr Bawumia, 1, Enoch Amegbletor, 1, so you can also benefit from the free SHS, which John Mahama said he would cancel when he becomes President.”
“Ask them to vote for number one to continue free education, school feeding, capitation grant, free technical education, free apprenticeship and to keep our lights on so that we can operate our computers.
Vote Number one for electric buses, 5, 000 digital jobs in Ketu North”, he added.
The Headmaster of the Tadzewu Basic School, Mensah Smile appreciated the gesture by Mr. Amegbletor indicating the donation came as a surprise to the school’s management.
He assured that the items would be put to best use and prayed to the Lord to help the donor achieve his desire to represent the people of Ketu North in parliament.
