Ghanaian midfielder Musah Mohammed is set to part ways with Turkish club Bodrum following their relegation from the Turkish Super Lig, Joy Sports has learned.
The 23-year-old is seeking opportunities to remain in top-flight football after an impressive debut campaign, during which he made 25 league appearances and registered four assists.
Despite his standout performances, Mohammed could not help Bodrum retain their Super Lig status.
Joy Sports understands that Bulgarian champions Ludogorets have expressed interest in the versatile midfielder, who has quickly earned a reputation as one of Ghana’s promising talents abroad.
In Turkey, top-flight side Göztepe are also monitoring his situation closely. Sources indicate that a decision on Mohammed’s next move is expected soon to allow him to join his new club in time for pre-season preparations.
Mohammed began his career at Ghanaian lower-tier side Bectero before moving to Turkey, where he trialled with giants such as Fenerbahce and Besiktas.
He launched his professional career at Ankaraspor, later playing for Eyüpspor before sealing a move to Bodrum, where he excelled in his maiden top-flight season.
