Mohammed Kudus has revealed that working with Thomas Frank was one of the reasons behind his decision to sign for Tottenham Hotspur.
Kudus was officially unveiled as a new Tottenham player on Thursday night after signing a six-year deal with the North London side.
The 24-year-old was the subject of interest from several clubs, including Chelsea, Bayern Munich and the Saudi Pro League.
However, the Ghana international opted for a move to last season's Europa League winners after leaving West Ham United.
“One of the most important parts of why I came here is the project and how the manager sees it, and to develop under him," he said in his first official interview with the club.
"With the history of where he’s come from, I’ve seen the amount of talent he’s developed to become great players. It’s a big sign of why I wanted to work under him as well.
He made a total of 80 appearances in all competitions over a two-year spell at London Stadium, scoring 19 times.
At Tottenham, Kudus will get back to wearing No.20 on the back of his shirt.
