Tension, creativity, and celebration filled the Big Chef kitchen this past Sunday, July 13, 2025, as the competition reached a pivotal turning point the last stop before the highly anticipated grand finale. In an unexpected twist, it wasn’t the contestants who were first to cook. This time, the judges swapped roles, stepping behind the stove to challenge the contestants with their own culinary creations.
Tasked with preparing Caesar Salad and its classic Caesar Dressing within a tight 20 minute window, the judges set the tone for the day. The challenge? Each contestant had to recreate the dish but with a personal twist, infusing creativity, flavor, and meaning into every bite.

With six young chefs still in the race, only four would make it to the finals. But Bubune, last week’s Star Chef, had immunity and was automatically safe from eviction, granting her a major advantage and a spot in the final four. That left five contestants to fight for three remaining places and the pressure was intense.
Each dish told a unique story:
Serwaa, once again proving her consistency, created Taste of Honor a heartfelt tribute to the judges and their guidance throughout the season. The effort earned her the coveted Star Chef title once more.
Bubune, though already safe, didn’t hold back. She presented the Americano Caesar Salad, a bold fusion of traditional Caesar elements with a fresh twist.
Raziela served her dish with flair, naming it R Caesar Salad, a reflection of her identity and confidence.
Monalisa went literal with Copycat Dish, echoing the original salad but adding subtle tweaks in presentation and texture.

Nicholle called hers Salad Rhapsody, blending creativity with harmony, both in flavor and plating.
Sasha offered Salad of Appreciation, a heartfelt creation to thank the judges and humbly ask forgiveness for past underperformances.
After intense deliberation, Raziela and Sasha were evicted, narrowing the competition to the final four: Bubune, Serwaa, Monalisa, and Nicholle each bringing their own style, story, and strength to the grand finale.

From heartfelt dedications to creative reinventions, the latest episode showcased both the culinary growth of the young chefs and their emotional connection to the journey. With the finale just around the corner, the stage is now set for a showdown of passion, precision, and powerful storytelling through food.
Who will be crowned the next Big Chef?
