The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced that online registration for the 2025/2026 service year will begin on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and close on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
According to the Authority, the move follows a directive from President John Mahama after a Technical and Forensic Audit of the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP) found the system unsatisfactory.
The Authority was instructed to design and deploy a new, more robust digital platform to enhance transparency, data security, and real-time verification of applicants.
In a statement, the NSA said all registrations completed in June 2025 have been declared null and void, citing data integrity concerns, including discrepancies in age and identity records.
It said all prospective National Service Personnel are, therefore, required to re-register on the new platform.
The Authority further assured that legitimate registrants from the June exercise will receive refunds of their service fees.
“All previous registrations from June 2025 have been declared null and void. Every prospective service personnel must re-register on the new platform,” the statement read.
All National Service Personnel are expected to report to their assigned service stations on Saturday, November 1, 2025, with the service year officially commencing on Monday, November 3, 2025.
