The Assemblyman for Effiakuma West in the Western region, Edward Senam Azaliko, has been captured in a viral video whipping and ordering two teenagers he reportedly caught in a compromising state to have sex.
Reports indicate that Mr. Azaliko caught the boy, aged 16, and the girl, aged 13, and decided to punish them.
He is said to have moved them to an uncompleted building and ordered them to have sex as a form of “punishment” for being in a relationship at such a young age.
The young boy was seen with his shorts down and positioning himself between the thighs of the girl who lay on her back, with her legs wide open, while the act was being recorded.
While whipping the boy, he was heard saying, “You think you are smart. Take off your shorts, and do it quickly before I let you go.”
“You, too, take off your dress and open your legs for him. Do it, or else I will use the belt on you. Do it, and kiss him as well. If she says it has entered, I’ll stop beating you, but if not, you’ll be beaten till the next day,” he added.
Some unknown people who witnessed the incident were heard laughing in the background.
