PassionAir has apologised to passengers following significant flight disruptions on its Kumasi route and delays across parts of its domestic network.
In a statement issued on Thursday, March 12, the airline said the disruptions were caused by operational challenges, which have affected several scheduled flights, particularly services to and from Kumasi.
The airline expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to passengers, acknowledging the frustration and potential disruption to travel plans as a result of the delays.

PassionAir assured customers that their safety, security and well-being remain the airline’s top priority in all aspects of its operations, despite the ongoing challenges.
It added that its operational team is working diligently to resolve the situation and restore normal flight services as soon as possible, while appealing to passengers for patience and understanding.
