The Paramount Chief of the Suma Traditional Area, Odeneho Dr Afram Obrempong III, has lauded Alan Kyerematen, the leader and presidential candidate for the Movement for Change/Alliance for Revolutionary Change, for his bold vision and transformative policies aimed at steering Ghana towards prosperity.
In a powerful endorsement, the Suma Manhene expressed confidence in Alan’s leadership, describing him as a beacon of hope in Ghana's political landscape.
Speaking during a visit by Alan’s Caravan Campaign Tour team, led by Senior Advisor and Director of Election Planning and Coordination, Nana Ohene-Ntow, the Suma Manhene didn't hold back his admiration for the presidential hopeful.
"Alan's industrial drive, mechanization of agriculture, commitment to fight corruption, and battle against galamsey are touching the hearts of many Ghanaians. If he and his team continue to explain themselves well, the tide will change in their favor,” Odeneho Dr. Afram Obrempong III noted on Monday, October 7, 2024.

The Chief, who praised Alan for his humility and honesty, emphasized that Alan’s unblemished record sets him apart from the political corruption that plagues many leaders today.
“He is experienced, respectful, and has no corruption scandals in his political career as we often hear about other politicians. Alan Kyerematen's personality and policies are reshaping the NPP and NDC,” the Suma Manhene declared, alluding to the rising demand for a fresh political alternative.
Alan Kyerematen’s presence in Bono Region has certainly caused ripples, with traditional rulers, including the Suma Manhene, recognizing his potential to break the duopoly of the NPP and NDC.
“Ghana's politics has been dominated by these two parties, but most Ghanaians are crying for a third force, and Alan is that force,” Odeneho Afram Obrempong III added, urging Ghanaians to embrace the change Alan represents.

Nana Ohene-Ntow, who led the Caravan Campaign Tour team, reinforced Alan’s track record as a “tried and tested” leader.
“He has played a pivotal role in shaping the economic landscape, not only in Ghana but across Africa, particularly in South Africa and through the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). It was Alan’s initiative as Minister of Trade and Industry under President Kufuor that gave birth to the AfCFTA, with its headquarters in Ghana,” he stated.
Ohene-Ntow also highlighted Alan’s role in the success of the 1D1F initiative, which has supported the growth of numerous small businesses across the country.
In a passionate appeal, Nana Ohene-Ntow urged traditional rulers across the nation to rally behind Alan Kyerematen’s vision.
"The traditional rulers will play a key role in Alan's government if elected president," he said, reaffirming the Movement’s commitment to including chiefs in governance, as outlined in Alan’s Great Transformational Plan (GTP).
With endorsements like these, Alan Kyerematen’s Caravan Campaign Tour in Bono is gathering steam, further cementing his status as a formidable contender in the 2024 elections.
