Malta Guinness Ghana Women's Premier League side Army Ladies clinched the 2023 Women's Super Cup title following their win over Hasaacas Ladies.
Army Ladies recorded a 2-1 victory in the final of the tournament at the Kyebi Astro Turf on Sunday, winning the third edition of the competition.
The Accra-based side took an early lead in the final through Latiffa Mohammed, who scored after just two minutes played in the game.
Hasaacas Ladies, however, grabbed the equaliser 14 minutes later after Fidous Yakubu scored from the penalty spot, blowing the game open.
Both teams looked threatening anytime they surged forward but their defences played a key role in ensuring they went into the break levelled.

After the recess, Army Ladies looked the better side and threatened for the majority of the game before they got their reward.
Harriet Adjetey scored with nine minutes away from full time to seal the victory for the Southern Zone side as they won the competition for the first time since its inception in 2021.
They join Hasaacas Ladies (2021) and Faith Ladies (2022) to have won the tournament.
The competition is organised as part of getting teams ready ahead of the new season.
