After a full week's listen of back to back songs on the radio, it is difficult to make a choice on what your top 10 favourite tracks are.
Worry no more, DJ Black has you covered.
Every week, Ghana’s most celebrated disk jockey, DJ Black turns his tables on the top ten most-played songs in a week in Ghana, highlighting them on his top 10 countdown show on Hitz FM on Thursdays at 10:00 am.
Making an appearance on DJ Black's list this second week of November is Kuami Eugene, Joey B among others.
Lynx Entertainment signee KiDi leads the chart with his hit single 'Say Cheese'. The song is off his Blue EP released in May.
Because of its popularity, KiDi earned a collaboration with Grammy Award-winning producer Teddy Riley, with whom he released a remix of the song.
Say Cheese remix peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Top Triller Global Chart in September.
KiDi is on the list again at number two with his hit song 'Enjoyment'. It has been reigning since its release in January 2020.
Mr Eazi’s 'Baby I’m Jealous' featuring King Promise is at number 3.
King Promise comes in again at number 4 with his hit song 'Sisa'.
At number 5 is 'Critical' by Stonebwoy featuring Nigerian artiste Zlatan. The song is featured on the Reggae/Dancehall artiste’s 'Anloga Junction' album released earlier this year.
Keche’s comeback hit 'No Dulling' is at number six. The song which features Kuami Eugene has gained popularity as the utmost party song.
Released in July to celebrate the legendary Hiplife musician Okomfour Kwadee, Fameye’s 'Okomfour Kwadee' is at number 7.
'Open Gate' by Kuami Eugene opens at number 8 this week. The song which features on the singer’s new album Son of Africa went viral after winning the VGMA Artiste of the Year award.
At number 9 is Samini's 'Forever'. The Reggae/Dancehall artiste talks about staying strong in the industry in spite of the trials.
'La Hustle' by Joey B featuring Medikal is at number 10. The song which promotes hard work among the youth went viral immediately after its release.
If you have not heard these tracks yet maybe it is time to put them on your playlists this weekend.
