The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) is set to commission five new offices across Northern Ghana this July as part of efforts to expand access to its services and improve service delivery.
The new offices will be commissioned in Salaga, Yendi, Navrongo, Nalerigu, and Tumu, while a sod-cutting ceremony will also be held in Bole for the construction of another DVLA office.
According to the schedule announced by the DVLA, the commissioning exercise will begin on July 13, 2026, with the opening of offices in Salaga and Yendi.
The exercise will continue on July 14 with the commissioning of the Navrongo and Nalerigu offices before ending on July 15 with the opening of the Tumu office.
A sod-cutting ceremony for a new office in Bole is also scheduled for July 16.
