Samartex were big winners from the weekend as they hit Karela United for three at the Nsenkyire Stadium.
The Timber Giants’ victory sees them move to the top of the league log after 16 games played.
Hearts of Oak failed to win once again as they were held to a goalless draw against rivals Great Olympics.
