Inlaks Ghana has been recognised by the Nobel International Business School (NiBS) as the Digital Innovation Company of the year.
The company swept the award on the back of its innovative ATMs it has introduced in the country which offer more than just dispensing cash.
The ATMs offer solutions which include accepting cash and cheques where customers can even have direct interaction with the customer service person via video and telephone.
Receiving the award on behalf of Inlaks, Head of Business Operations, Isabella Boettey-Kplivi said her outfit is excited to win the award as it is an assurance that the company is addressing the needs of clients and serving the public well.
She added that Inlaks will not relent in its efforts in churning out innovative products that create convenient banking and other related services to its customers. She further thanked all clients for the trust they have reposed in the company over the years, saying, the award would be impossible without their support and relationship.
