The Chief Executive of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Godwin Tameklo, has met with management and staff of the Authority in a move aimed at strengthening internal cohesion and setting a positive tone for the year 2026.
The meeting marked a significant and progressive step towards ushering in renewed hope, commitment and teamwork across the organisation.
Mr Tameklo emphasised the importance of unity and shared purpose in achieving the Authority’s mandate and responding effectively to the evolving needs of the energy sector.

He encouraged staff to remain dedicated to professionalism, accountability and service excellence, noting that the collective efforts of management and staff are critical to the NPA’s success.
According to him, a motivated and collaborative workforce remains the backbone of effective regulation and public service delivery.

Management and staff welcomed the engagement, describing it as timely and inspiring.

They expressed their readiness to support the Chief Executive’s vision and to work together in building a stronger, more resilient National Petroleum Authority in 2026 and beyond.
