When Joy FM brings the party, it never stops, because Accra keeps dancing. The fourth edition of the Joy Corporate Jam was no different dishing out dose and dose of entertainment.  Being one of the sought after events from Ghana’s favourite radio station, the Jam has become a permanent feature on the entertainment calendar of corporate Ghana. Hence when the time came for this year’s first Corporate Jam, executives did not hesitate to come and have a fun-filled night. Corporate Jam 2019 After filling up the Silver Star towers during the 90s Jam in January, Joy FM decided to take the party to SoHo Bar for the Corporate jam and it was fire! For corporate executives who have been stressed for months, one certainly need to free themselves, dance, have fun, open up for new friendships and the corporate jam was the best place to be on Friday. People from all walks of life, with different professions, met up at the venue to unwind and party. At 7 pm, patrons begun to troop into the venue in groups. By 8, the venue was packed and full to the brim! It was obvious many could not wait to join the party and came straight from work with their company printed outfits. Corporate Jam 2019 Patrons enjoyed songs from the 90s, the early 2000s, contemporary highlife, reggae, dancehall, afrobeat and many other genres in no particular order. DJs for the night DJ Black, DJ Bridash and the host of Drive Time Lexis Bill churned out hits after hits from favourite artistes around the world. Corporate Jam 2019 With Lexis Bill and DJ Black taking turns on the microphone, there was no dull moment. Corporate executives took to the dancefloor to showcase their dancing skills and techniques. To find who has the best dance moves, patrons had dance battles and winners got the crowd moving along with them in steps. Corporate Jam 2019 Bhim Nation fans flooded the dancefloor when DJ Bridash served them with back to back hits from Stonebwoy. The Shatta fans were not left out as ‘Gringo’ and other songs of Shatta Wale played right after. Corporate Jam 2019 Patrons must have mastered the ‘Omo Ada’ dance just to display their skills when the song played. Tunes from Kwesi Arthur, Quamina MP, R2Bees, Kofi Mole, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Medikal raised the temperature of the room as hands, legs and even stomachs moved briskly to the beat. It would have been an error not to pay homage to the superstar from Swedru, Patapaa, with the ‘Skopatumana’ verse off Kawoula Biov’s ‘Daavi Ne Ba’. A throwback session followed shortly featuring songs from Ofori Amponsah, Castro, Daddy Lumba, Samini, Kokoveli, KK Fosu and other veterans. Corporate Jam 2019 Things got a little bit ‘jiggy’ on the dance floor with the sounds of old Hip Hop and R&B tunes from Will Smith, Jay Z and 50 Cent. A switch up to some ‘conscious’ music from the likes of Bob Marley, Gramps Morgan, Marlon Asher, Stonebwoy, Samini and many other Reggae artistes followed afterwards. At 2 am they had a hard time packing up and going home. Many could not believe they had partied the night away and enjoyed every bit of it. Others did not care what time it was but were willing to party till mama called. Corporate Jam 2019 Corporate Jam 2019 Corporate Jam 2019 Corporate Jam 2019 Corporate Jam 2019 Corporate Jam 2019
